Bourgogne Pinot Noir by Domaine Chanson is made on the clay, limestone and pebble soils typical of the south of the Côte de Beaune and Côte Chalonnaise. Elegant with aromas of violets mixed with crunchy aromas of ripe cherries and strawberries and a hint of spices. Complex and full of energy. Tight texture and very pure fruit. Long aftertaste with spicy nuances.
